02 Service
dnsdome is a recursive DNS-filtering resolver with category and custom-blocklist filtering, source-IP allowlisting, and per-account profiles and dashboards. Filtering operates at the DNS layer only.
03 Account & acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may allowlist only networks you control. You must not abuse the resolver (for example through query flooding, amplification, or circumventing rate limits or allowlisting). You are responsible for activity under your account.
04 Plans, fees & payment
Paid tiers are billed monthly or yearly (yearly billing gives two months free). Prices and VAT are as shown at checkout on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
A newly ordered paid plan activates once its first invoice is paid; until then your current plan stays in effect. Renewal invoices are due 14 days after issue. If an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, the account is suspended (DNS resolution stops answering) until payment; an invoice still unpaid 15 days after its due date is cancelled and the related subscription ends. Cancelling a plan or downgrading to the Free tier voids any open invoices for the cancelled plan.
05 Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. This right may lapse where the Service is fully performed during that period with your prior express consent.
06 Term, cancellation & termination
You may cancel at any time from your account panel; cancellation stops the next renewal. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or non-payment.
Inactive accounts
- An account whose e-mail address is never verified is deleted 30 days after registration.
- An account without an active paid subscription that has sent no DNS queries for 30 days is marked dormant; if it stays dormant for a further 180 days, the account and its data are deleted. The mark clears automatically when activity resumes.
On termination or deletion, your configuration and query data are erased (see the Privacy Policy); unpaid invoices survive termination and remain payable.
07 Availability & disclaimer
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Filtering may over-block or under-block. No SLA applies to the Free tier. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”.
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the Service.
09 Governing law & consumer protection
These Terms are governed by Czech law (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.). Mandatory EU and Czech consumer rights are unaffected. Out-of-court consumer complaints may be brought to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz).
